ROBERT DANIEL BANUELOS
CRANE: Robert Daniel Banuelos, 18 of Amarillo, and formerly of Tulia, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2009 in Amarillo.
Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Crane. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Crane. Burial will follow in the Crane County Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Robert was born on May 7, 1990 in Odessa. He was a college student, and had lived in Amarillo over a year, moving from Tulia where he graduated from high school. He loved to play tennis; and he was a Catholic. He was preceded in death by his father, Fidel Banuelos; and his grandfather, Robert Anaya Moya.
He is survived by his mother, Lisa Tarin Moya of Odessa; his grandmother, Elpidia Moya of Plainview; two sisters, Elisa Rodriguez and her husband Josue of Midland, and Mary Denise Banuelos of Midland; a brother, David Banuelos of Midland; and two nieces, Eryka and Nailleia; and two nephews, J.J. and J'Den.
