CRANE: Rebecca Anne Dunn Coupland passed away at 3:21 PM on Monday, May 3, 2010 at the Hospice House in Odessa.
Rebecca Coupland was born on November 24, 1952 in LeCompte,(Rapides Parish) Louisiana. She was raised in El Paso, Texas since 1958. She began her career in Real Estate around 1980 and was a multi-million dollar producer. She was also a longtime member of the order of the Eastern Star, Ysleta Chapter #991.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elizabeth Matchett, her father, Wallace E. Dunn, and her sister, Opal Langberg.
She is survived by her mother, Trinna Dunn of Odessa; her daughter, Corinna Coupland-McMeans of Odessa; three grandchildren, Jered Coupland, Jade Coupland-McMeans, and Jake Coupland-McMeans. Her sisters, Jean Drugan of Odessa, Audrey Glenn and Roberta Dobie both of Three Rivers, TX; and a brother, Wallace Dunn of Odessa.
Graveside services with Eastern Star rites will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the Crane County Cemetery in Crane, Texas with Hospice Chaplin Emmett Bernard officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of Crane.
The family would love to give special thanks to Hospice personnel and the many caregivers throughout her illness.
