Manuela McMaryion

August 26, 1975 — April 8, 2018

Manuela “Mani” McMaryion was born on August 26, 1975 in Rankin, Texas to Manuel and Benita Rodriguez. She graduated from McCamey High School in 1993 and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at the Permian Basin in 2003. Manuela met the love of her life in 2011 in Las Vegas, NV, Lawrence Alfred McMaryion III, where they were “lucky in love”. They were married on November 15, 2014 and from that blessed union she inherited a beautiful daughter Kaitlin and they had two beautiful boys Mychael Lawrence and Lorenzo D’mani McMaryion.
What meant the most to Mani, was family. Her parents Manuel and Benita Rodriguez meant the world to her, as did her siblings Humberto, Oscar, Alfredo, Ramona and Irene. Just as Mani loved her siblings she loved her sisters-in-law Maria, Cindy, Fela and brothers-in-law Abel and John. Family was just as important to her when looking for a life partner and she found unconditional love in her Father-in-Law Lawrence Alfred McMaryion Jr. and her Mother-in-Law Donna McMaryion and her extended family, brother- in- law Marcus McMaryion and sister-in-law Elizabeth McMaryion. Her gorgeous smile could brighten an entire room and her contagious laugh would breathe life into all who were blessed to have known and heard it.
Mani is survived by her loving husband Lawrence Alfred McMaryion III, their two beautiful sons Mychael and Lorenzo and her beautiful step daughter Kaitlin, along with her loving Parents Manuel and Benita Rodriguez and siblings: Humberto, Oscar, Alfredo, Ramona, Irene, Maria, Cindy, Fela, John and Abel, brother-in-law Marcus and Elizabeth McMaryion of California. She is also survived by nephews: Raul, Isaac, Nicolas and nieces: Alexxy, Lindsey, Lori, AJ, Sierra, Sienna, and nephew Marcus and nieces: Mckayla and Jada of California, as well as a wealth of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends who loved her as family.
Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM on Friday, April 13, 2018, at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in McCamey. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McCamey with burial to follow in the Resthaven Cemetery.
