For 21 years, Lola worked as a blackjack dealer at the famous Harold's
Club in Reno, NV, which was considered the first modern casino. She was
known by all for having an unmatched work-ethic, and amazed her family
all the time by taking on enormous tasks requiring great skill and
physical strength. Though she had little formal education, she was a
bright woman who could build, grow, or make anything. Lola was a very
giving person, always placing others first, and could often be found
sewing or baking something for family members.

While there will be no formal memorial services for Lola, she was
surrounded by family at her death. She will be laid to rest in Utah
where she loved to pass time fishing for trout.
