Johnny Foster, 70, passed away on January 26, 2023, in Abilene Texas. He was a beloved

father, husband, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him.

Johnny was born on December 3, 1953, in Olney, Texas. He went to school in Archer City and

graduated from Iraan High School in 1973. After he graduated, he pursued a career in the Oil

Field for 32 years. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and

More than anything Johnny was a devoted father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved

spending time with his children and grandchildren, sharing stories, playing games, and watching

football on Sundays. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement,

regardless of the challenges in their lives.

In his free time, Johnny enjoyed going to the lake and the deer lease. He loved to be outside

any chance he got and loved to fish and hunt. He taught the boys how to do the things he loved

as well and gave them the knowledge to pass down to their children. He loved to talk to others

about these topics along with others like his kids and grandkids and how proud he was of them.

He never met a stranger in his life and would talk your ear off if given the chance to do so.

and husband Robert, son Brian and wife Maranda, son Dylan and wife Ambor, his fifteen
