Joel Tarin

Joel Ray Tarin, 39, of Crane, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at the Midland Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Monday, April 27, 2015, at the First Baptist Church in Crane with Reverend Jimmy Carrasco officiating. Burial will follow in the Crane County Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Joel was born on June 3, 1975, in Crane. He was a lifelong resident of Crane. Joel in his spare time enjoyed being with his nieces and nephews. Partaking in what they wanted to do. He liked to go out to play pool and share jokes with everyone. Joel loved to dance. Every chance he got, he would go outside with his mother. They would drink coffee and share a conversation.
Survivors include his Mother, Teresa Tarin of Crane; Brothers Leo Tarin, Jr., William Tarin and Noel Tarin both of Crane, George Tarin of Odessa; Sisters Imelda Porras of Plainview, Mary Bel Holguin, and Melinda Zuniga both of Crane, Belinda Gallegos and Susie Aranda both of Odessa; numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
