Jack Morris Cade

Jack Morris Cade, 87, of Iraan, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the Hospice House in Odessa.
Graveside services with Military Rites will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 2pm in the Restland Cemetery in Iraan. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Jack was born on July 15, 1925 in Brownwood, Texas. He was a WWII veteran, and had served in the United States Marine Corp. He had lived in the Iraan and Sheffield area most all of his life. He had worked for Marathon as Supervisor, and had retired after 40 years of service. Jack was a member of the Iraan Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Lucy Marshall Cade; a sister, Billie Cash; and a brother, Jimmy Lee Cade.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Jackie Sue Murray of Odessa; a step-son, C.E. "Hook" Miller of Odessa; a brother, Clay Cade of Sonora; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
