Ida Lynn Gallardo Aguilar, 26, of Odessa and formerly of Ozona, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at the Crane Memorial Hospital.
Rosary will be said at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Crane with Father Laurent Mvondo officiating. Burial will follow in the Crane County Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of Crane.
Ida was born on July 21, 1985 in Rankin, Texas. She was a student through Kaplin College. She was a longtime resident of Ozona and a graduate of Ozona High School in 2005. Ida was a Catholic.
She is survived by her husband, Rene Aguilar of Odessa; two daughters, Nayeli Alessandra Aguilar and Jadelyn Elizabeth Aguilar both of Odessa; a son, Rene Aguilar III of Odessa; her mother and step-father, Rosa Linda Gallardo and Jaime Lujan of Ozona; her father, Guillermo Gallardo of San Angelo; two brothers, Christopher Martinez of San Angelo, and Mark Gallardo of Ozona; two sisters, Mariah Gallardo and Elva Gallardo, both of Ozona; grandparents, Benigno and Petra Garcia both of Crane, and Elva Ortiz of Ozona; and numerous nieces and nephews.
