Demolee Tipton
Demolee Tipton was born in Arkansas on November 22, 1927 and passed away on February 9, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her husband, D. F. “Tip” Tipton, parents W. H. and Dess Clayton, brothers, Bill, Eb, and Charles Clayton, son in law Bruce Guthrie, and granddaughter Crysti McDonald. She is survived by son, Lynn Tipton and wife Linda of Quitman, TX, daughters Gena Norvell and husband Gary of Crane, TX and Brenda Guthrie of Highland Village, TX , 3 grandkids, 12 great grandkids and 10 great great grandkids.
Demolee was a long time resident of Crane having moved here in 1951. She worked at various businesses and was the owner of the Dairy Mart for a number of years.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, working on crafts, and playing card games.
She was a kind hearted Christian lady and always found something positive to say.
Graveside service will be held at the Crane Cemetery on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
