Crysti McDonald

Crysti (Norvell) McDonald, would like you to know that her work here is done.

From her birth in Crane, Tx on October 25, 1971, to her death on Saturday September 25, 2021, Crysti was a dedicated caregiver. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, granddaughter, aunt, friend, and nurse who nourished everyone around her with love, faith, and compassion.

Crysti is preceded in death by her grandparents D F (Tip) Tipton, G F (Bud) Norvell, Nadine Norvell, and her father in law, James McDonald.

She is survived by her husband, Tre McDonald; parents, Gary and Gena Norvell; children, Nikki Aguilar, Jadence McDonald, and Jeren McDonald; granddaughters, Aubri, Hayli, and Landri Aguilar; brother, Gavin Norvell; grandmother Demolee Tipton; aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; mother in law, Alta McDonald; sister in law, Tiffany Duran and family; and three others that held a special place in her heart, Bogey, Soxx, and Peanut.

She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul, she was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer-Nichols funeral home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 4:00 PM at the Crane High School Auditorium followed by a graveside service at the Crane Cemetery.

The family would also love for you to join them for a “Celebration of Life” feeding at the Dorthea Hall Community building after the services.
