Clementina Torres Borrego, 70, of Crane, TX, passed away on November 21, 2019 in Crane, TX.

Visitation will begin November 23rd at noon at Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane, TX. Rosary will begin on November 24th at 7pm at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane, TX.

Funeral services will be held at Good Sheppard Catholic Church at 11am on Monday, November 25th. Burial will follow at Crane County Cemetery. Arrangements are by Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.

Clementina Borrego was born in Palau, Coahuila, Mexico to Mariano Torres and Remigia Castro on November 22, 1948. She went to school at Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico. She married Jesus Meza Borrego on December 27, 1970 in Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico and chose to raise their family in Crane in 1975. She was a homemaker and was a wonderful supporter of her family. She was a member of the Good Sheppard Catholic Church. The greatest joys in her life were her kids, grandkids, going to the casino, playing bingo/loteria, and playing LCR with her family.

Clementina Borrego is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Meza Borrego who passed in 2006, and son, Michael Lee Borrego, who passed in 2010.

Clementina is survived by son, Fabian J Borrego and his wife, Meredith, of Harlingen, TX; son, Kristian Borrego of Crane, TX; daughter, Vanessa Navarrete and her husband Adrian of McCamey, TX. She is also survived by her sister, Josefa T. Moreno from Riverbank, CA and brother, Barbarito Castro Torres from Parlier, CA. Her five grandchildren are Madelaine Ainsley Borrego, 17, Paul Jesus Borrego, 15, Ava Leigh Navarrete, 9, Noah Lee Borrego, 8, and Easton Strait Navarrete, 6.

Pallbearers will be Jesus Rizo, Jesse Rizo, Alfonso Garcia, Rolando Gomez, Moises Moreno, and Mario Moreno.

Flowers may be sent to Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane, TX.
