Charles Calvin Mabry

Charles Calvin Mabry, 72, of Big Lake, TX passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022.

Charles was born in Crane, TX on July 25, 1950, to Henry Calvin “Shorty” Mabry and Jewel Inez Patterson Chappell.  Charles lived in McCamey for many years.  He worked for West Texas Utilities prior to his retirement, and then enjoyed spending time fishing and traveling.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Henry “Shorty” Mabry and mother, Jewel Chappell.

He leaves behind three sons and two daughters.  Jason Mabry and his wife April of Hope Mills, NC, Greg Mabry of Lewisville, TX, Steven Mabry and his wife Brittany of Copperas Cove, TX, Brandi Aguilar and her husband Reggie of Big Lake, TX, and Brice Torres and her fiancé Santos of San Angelo, TX; sister, Sharon Lyons and husband James of Odessa, TX; 14 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
