Carroll Dawn Cottingham McCollum, 61, of Odessa, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018, at the Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Carroll was born on March 12, 1956 in Uvalde, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Odessa. She was an artist; she loved to draw and she also loved music.
Carroll was preceded in death by her father, B.C. “Mutt†Cottingham; and her brother, Michael Cottingham.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Cottingham of Odessa; two sisters, Sharon Boggs and her husband Dusty of Lovington, NM, and Patricia Lamb and her husband Johnny of Carlsbad, NM; a niece, Leah Lawson and her husband Bill of Eunice, NM; two nephews, Chris Boggs and his wife Disia of San Antonio, TX, and Cameron Lamb of Carlsbad, NM; 4 great nieces; and 1 great nephew.
Private family Graveside services will be held at the Crane County Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
