Bruce was born on May 14, 1968, in San Angelo, Texas. He was a Navy Veteran, having fought in the Gulf War. He was an electronics technician.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn Ingham of McCamey; his father and stepmother, Rodney and Freda Sparks of Slidell, LA; his mother, Phyllis McKinney of Monahans; son, Mikel Sparks of San Angelo; sister, Kimberly Fox of Monahans; and one granddaughter.
Per the family’s request, no services will be held. Arrangements are under the care of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
